Feature:

PE Foam Bonding Machine is also called  PE foam thickening machine, PE foam bonding machine, electrical PE foam bonding machine, PE foam lamination machine in China. This machine is heat one single side of PE foam sheet to nearly melting point via LPG flame. Then laminate 2 pieces together. The lamination is by 2 rollers. No agent or glue is needed. Maximum laminate thickness may reach 100 mm. It is a must have equipment of PE foam deep process.
3-unwinder type electricity heating type is also available.
Standard configuration:
1. Unwinding unit: 2 unwinders: with unwinding roller, guiding limit rod and a frame.
2. Main lamination unit: main frame, smooth pull roller 2 pieces, adjustment devices, fire stove, cylinder, gearbox, pull motor, rubber roller, guiding roller, air adjustment devices and fire tube.
3. Rewinding unit: frame, winding roller and torque motor.
4. Electrical section: pull, rewinding, control devices, speed regulation, torque regulator (For export, we usually use Taiwan DELTA and this is why it is more expensive than domestic design)
